Boston Militia's Women Football Players, Amy Saur #3, Emily Weinberg #85, Christine Kelley #81, and Amanda Alpert #50, went to Dana Farber to donate $2537 from Boston Militia Tackles Cancer to Dana Farber and the Jimmy Fund.

Team mate Meredith Chace participates in the Pan Massachusetts Challenge every year in memory of her parents.
