
After only one loss in two seasons, the Boston Militia beat the undefeated San Diego Surge to take the Women's Football Alliance Championship in Bedford, Texas.
The Boston Militia is proud to have 8 players chosen for the Women's Football Alliance All American Teams. Six Militia players earned places on the Women's Football Alliance All American First Team and two players earned positions on the Second Team.
The Boston Militia played an incredible game against the Indianapolis Crash to win the Women's Football Alliance Eastern Conference Championship.
The Boston Militia went into the IWFL Divisional Playoffs with an undefeated 8-0 regular season. They played and soundly beat the D.C. Divas 28-0 to become the Eastern Conference Champs and earn their spot in the IWFL World Championship game. On July 24, 2010, the Militia defeated the Sacramento Sirens 39-7 to win the Independant Women's Football League's World Championship.
With an undefeated regular season record, the Boston Militia went to the Independant Women's Football League to the Divisional Playoffs to play the defending champion, the Dallas Diamonds. The Militia beat the Diamonds 34-14 and went to the Conference Championship where they played and lost to the D.C. Divas 21-27.
In the inaugural season of 2008, the Militia finished with an 6-2 regular season record in the Independent Women's Football League (IWFL).
