Chairman and CEO of the Boston Militia women's football team, Ernie Boch, Jr., visited the Somerville Mayor's office with members of the Militia's team and staff. The Somerville Board of Aldermen awarded the Boston Militia a citation for winning the 2011 Women's Football Alliance National Championship on 7/30/2011. This victory is the Militia's second national title in two years.
