Women's football Special Teams Coach

With 10 years of military service and being honorably discharged from the United States Navy, Coach Don Williams played 10 years of semi-pro football in the Eastern Football League. Upon completion of his playing days, Coach Williams went straight from the playing field to coaching. Coach Williams became the head coach of the Boston Panthers, of the EFL. He coached the Panthers for 4 seasons where he compiled an overall record of 40-12. In his second season as the head coach of the Panthers, and with the Panther now competing in the North American Football League, his team became the Eastern Division Champions of the NAFL.

Coach Williams coached a Lawrence Massachusetts high school football team for 1 season. His overall record there was 7-2. Coach Williams is the current head coach of the Boston Ravens of the EFL. In two plus seasons, the Ravens record is 21-8. Coach Don Williams has been the Wide Receivers coach for the Boston Militia women's football team since their beginning in 2008.
